There are hundreds of SEO newsletters. Almost all SEO tools company run their own newsletter. There are also agency owners and influencers who regularly publish their newsletters.
Earlier this year, I wanted to create a marketing newsletter. To learn how they write and format their newsletter, I subscribed to about 110 SEO newsletters. This ranged from newsletters that focus on General SEO to highly focused newsletters on topics like AI and SEO.
I learned one thing pretty quickly. Most of the newsletters aren’t very helpful. They aren’t bad. They are written by highly knowledgeable, professional people. But constantly providing value week in, and week out is super difficult. So after a few weeks, I unsubscribed to almost all of them.
However, I am still subscribed to five SEO newsletters. I always open them when they hit my inbox. If you are interested in SEO, forget all other newsletters. You should only subscribe to these five best SEO newsletters.
All of these newsletters focus only on SEO. You’ll learn everything from the latest SEO news, thoughts from renowned SEO professionals, detailed guides and strategies, local SEO tips, and job opportunities.
They send regular emails and offer valuable and unique content for free. None of them hide their best content behind a paywall. By subscribing to these, you’ll be able to keep your finger on the pulse of the industry.
So let’s take a look at the five best SEO newsletters:

They also often interview SEO managers at big news companies.
